The Toronto Blue Jays, in case you missed it this morning, are officially returning to Buffalo for regular-season home games on June 1st.

Yes, the Blue Jays did play games in Buffalo last summer, however, fans weren't allowed at those games. This summer will be much different because fans WILL be allowed at the games at Sahlen Field.

Capacity will be set at 24 percent, per state guidelines for outdoor stadium events, and tickets for the first eight home games will go on sale to the general public on May 13th at 10 am. With the limited capacity, you'll need to act fast.

The Blue Jays announced it themselves earlier this morning and when I saw their tweet, I almost had tears. No, really. A major league baseball team playing games in Buffalo at Sahlen Field, with fans, and calling it their "home away from home."

Check out the heartwarming tweet below.

I've only seen one major league baseball game in my life and that will change this summer because I am absolutely going to a game or two (at least). I'm not even worried about who they play. I just want to see the sound of the ball off a bat for a home run. The sound of the chatter in the dugout. The smell of the grass and hot dogs. I can't wait for this.

Major League Baseball in Buffalo again. Let's go!
