Congrats to Buffalo Bills Placekicker Tyler Bass, who was just named AFC Special Teams Player of The Month for October 2021!

Bass had one heck of an October, hitting on 100% of his Field Goals (10 out of 10) and 100% of his Extra Points (13 for 13 on Point AFter Touchdowns) for a total of 43 points, which ranked third in the National Football League. He nailed a 57-yard kick against The Dolphins which was the second-longest kick of his career.  He also booted a 52 yarder vs. The Titans in week six.

Bill's Quarterback Josh Allen had the following to say about Bass on The Bills Website.

"He's unbelievable," Allen said. "He works extremely hard. He's a guy that we can count on. He's got a lot of confidence in himself and when you have a kicker that has confidence in himself, everybody can feel it, and everybody can see it."

Bass faced challenging conditions throughout October;

"The Georgia Southern product had to battle tough kicking conditions like rain and wind in Week 4 (vs. Houston), Week 5 (at Kansas City) and Week 8 (vs. Miami)."

All of the facets of the team have to be successful, and Bass and the Bills Special Teams unit are defiantly doing their part.
