We're still a couple of weeks away from the warm weather staying in Western New York for good, as Buffalo has its annual last minute winter right now.

Ice cream stands have begun to open in Western New York and more will over the next few weeks. One of the best traditions here is visiting ice cream places when the warm weather hits.

One of the most popular ice cream places in the southtowns is Main Street Ice Cream on Main Street in Hamburg.

They're open year-round and usually have some of the most creative and interesting flavors around. This upcoming Friday, they will have a crazy flavor just for Buffalo, and it's only going to last one day.

According to their Facebook page, Main Street Ice Cream will have a Weber's Horseradish Mustard ice cream this Friday, April 1st (not an April Fool's Day joke).

It's in celebration of Weber's 100th anniversary and will benefit the Veteran's Concert at Memorial Park in May.

They will be serving up $1 scoops.

I love Weber's mustard and it's a must on hot dogs every summer in Western New York. Not entirely sure how an ice cream flavor would taste, but I would try it for sure, especially since it's only one day and benefits a great cause.

What other Buffalo foods could be ice cream flavors? Cup n' char pepperoni? Yeah, probably just leave that one on the development floor...
