Now, one Western New York high school is looking to make the best of the situation.

According to WIVB, St. Mary’s High School in Lancaster does not want to postpone graduation on May 28th.

They plan on holding it at the Transit Drive-In in Lockport.

The school still needs permission from New York State to go ahead with the plans.

The owner of the drive-in says he's been approached about the idea from "dozens" of schools but is also waiting for state approval.

If the state green light's the event, all 112 graduates would remain in their cars with family members and watch a video presentation on the big screen.
