WNY Man Charged with Driving Twice Over Legal Limit
A 46-year-old man was found speeding and driving out of the lines on Route 20 in Fredonia with a blood alcohol content of .19 perent, twice over the legal limit, WIVB reports.
He was apparently charged with aggravated DWI, speeding in zone and moving from a lane unsafely.
