There are some things that folks in Western New York love.  No matter how good or bad, we always love the Bills.  We love our Fish Frys, and Beef on Weck.  And above all, we LOVE our wings. Outside of Western New York, it's no secret that Buffalonians LOVE their chicken wings.  It’s also no secret that the sauce is what makes the wings.

The sauce needs to be spot on, no exceptions.  When I am making my own wings at home, they need to be deep-fried.  Forget that air fryer nonsense!  It took me 4 hours to cook a five-pound bag in my air fryer. That's a hard pass for me, and a story for another day.

Back to the sauce.  Whenever possible, I try to make my own sauce.  But there are times when I need some of that spicey goodness in my life, and I just don’t have time to whip up a batch of my own secret recipe.

If you have ever found yourself in a similar situation, odds are you have a bottle of pre-made wing sauce waiting in the fridge.  But let’s be honest, some bottled wing sauces just don’t pack the heat.  Or maybe they are missing that certain bit of flavor. Most of them just aren't the same is the real homemade thing.

Let's just say that it's not that easy to find the perfect taste of Buffalo in a bottle. So, to save your taste buds from such disappointment, here are 5 bottled wing sauces that any Buffalonian will love.
