Mini Golf is a game that has been around for well over 100 years. In fact, the first known record of it stems from a 1912 edition of The Illustrated London News, which introduces a minigolf course called Gofstacle. The game became so popular that at one point in the 1920s, there were over 150 rooftop courses in New York City alone.

The game has taken on a whole new life recently, with the television show Holey Moley. The 10-episode reality TV series based around the classic game first aired in 2019, and is hosted by Joe Tessitore, color commentator Rob Riggle, and sideline correspondent Jeannie Mai.
