Bills Fans Not Happy About The NFL on FOX’s Josh Allen Comments

The Buffalo Bills hosted the Carolina Panthers at Highmark Stadium on Sunday afternoon in Orchard Park.

The Bills went into the game needing a win to keep their own AFC East destiny hopes, and came through with a 31-14 victory over the Panthers.

The Bills offense had some struggles here and there, but overall, they had a very good game against one of the NFL's best defenses; with shuffling on their offensive line.

It was a great day for the Bills and obviously, a huge game for the standings, as is every game from here on out.

However, many Bills fans on Twitter were not pleased at what the NFL on FOX had to say during their halftime show.

According to multiple journalists and reporters, like Alan Pergament of The Buffalo News and Dan Fetes of 13WHAM in Rochester, the FOX halftime show decided to showcase Allen's "missed throws," instead of his good ones and the fact he passed for 140 yards and a touchdown against the second best defense in the NFL, statistically.

Former NFL head coach and in-studio analyst Jimmy Johnson criticized Allen's inconsistencies...

It should be noted that Bills games are rarely on FOX and perhaps Johnson and crew don't see Allen quite as much because of that. That's the only explanation I have for that. The other is the long-talked about 2018 pre-draft narrative that many people had, that said Allen would be a bust in the NFL due to inaccuracy concerns and mechanics.

Allen's on pace for another 4,000 yard passing season and has led the Bills to back-to-back playoff appearances with an AFC East title, AFC Championship appearance, and runner-up in the MVP voting, along with being a league leader in quarterback rushing touchdowns.

Bills fans might have to accept the fact these weird takes will forever be out there...
