After pulling off a huge move with the Cleveland Browns for star wide receiver Amari Cooper, the Bills may not be finished adding to their team.

The NFL Trade deadline is on election day, Tuesday, November 5, at 4 pm EST, and teams are beginning to make trades and send out feelers for players they'd like to unload.

While the Bills have already made a big move, General Manager Brandon Beane is always looking. As he said in his post-trade press conference after acquiring Amari Cooper from the Cleveland Browns,

We’ve still got a few weeks until the trade deadline. If we feel there’s something else that we need or can get us over the top, we have been all-in all along. -NBC Sports

Trade Rumors

On that topic, the Bills could use some help on defense. They have struggled to stop the run, and come playoff time, they have to be able to get to the opposing team's Quarterback. With Von Miller out on suspension and all the injuries the team has had at linebacker, it would not be surprising to see the Bulls make a move, or more than one move, to upgrade their defense. Could that upgrade come from a familiar source?

Bleacher Report claims the Cleveland Browns, who are in full seller mode, are taking calls on superstar pass rusher Myles Garrett. Might the Buffalo Bills be interested in trading for him?

There's no doubt this would be an Earth-shaking move if the BIlls got Garrett. He's been a top pass rusher for his entire career. He has 92.5 sacks since entering the league in 2017. He has had double-digit sacks every season except his rookie year. So far, he has 4 sacks in 7 games this season and leads the league in the time it takes him to get the QB.

For it to happen, the BIlls would likely have to give up a lot. Perhaps a second-round pick (they don't have a third after the Cooper trade). They would also have to have the Browns restructure his contract so he would cost minimally against the cap. This would be possible, as that's what the Browns did before trading Amari Cooper.

It doesn't stop there, either. Another pass rusher on the Browns, who has been excellent, might be of interest to the Bills.

Smith just signed a 2-year extension with the Browns after they traded two 5th-round picks to get him last season from Minnesota. He's had three double-digit sack seasons, has 4 sacks this year, and has 64 for his career. His cap hit is a little over $5.2 million this year.

Of course, those are just rumors. The Bills need help at Linebacker and possibly more help at defensive tackle. There's also a player like WR Cooper Kupp, whom the Rams are actively shopping.

One thing is for sure: the Bills will be looking at anyone who can help them win now and fit under their cap.
