I've always said it doesn't hurt to dream. There's nothing like dreaming about living in your fantasy home. You know, the one that is just too far out of your price range.

While the Buffalo area doesn't quite have the estates and mansions that some other places around the country have, Western New York does have some pretty spectacular homes and you can find them throughout the region.

There's a home for sale in Clarence that will absolutely blow your mind -- that's how nice it is.

Listed on Zillow for $1.6 million, this mansion located on Goodrich Road features six bedrooms and five bathrooms with over 7,500-square-feet in space.

The home had its own outdoor pool and a massive amount of yard space with a long and private driveway. The patio area is big enough to have a party and the property even has its own Japanese garden.

The kitchen has a huge island and it's fully furnished. The living areas are amazing and you can definitely see yourself enjoying time with family and friends while relaxing in the luxury of the home.

It also has its own bar and game room, along with a huge garage. I would most definitely utilize that bubble hockey game! Just imagine the Bills or Sabres games you could watch in that room?

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
