Forget back-to-school; you can now get ready for trick-or-treating here in Western New York. Spirit Halloween is now open in the 716 for everything you need for a spooky good time.

Spirit Halloween Store Now Open In Western New York

As my wife and I were driving down Union Road to the Walden Galleria, we saw something that I didn't think we would see until later this month or even after Labor Day. A Spirit Halloween Store was open and busy!

The store that we drove past was on Galleria Drive, off of Union Road, right next to the Post Office. This is just one of several Spirit Halloween Stores that will be open across Western New York.

In total, based on a Google search, it looks like there will be around 10 Spirit Halloween Stores open in Western New York this year. Most are expected to open later this month. Besides the one located on Galleria Drive, it looks like another Spirit Halloween Store on the corner of Bailey and Sheridan Drive in Amherst is also open to the public.

Most Spirit Halloween Stores will be open daily starting at 10 am.

Halloween Taking Over Stores Across Western New York

Spirit Halloween isn't the only store to get you in the Halloween mood. Stores like Lowe's and Home Depot have their Halloween decorations for sale right now. I saw a massive headless horseman for sale at Lowe's over the weekend too.
