This BYE week could be anything but calm for the Buffalo Bills. There are plenty of rumors going around that there could be some major changes coming to the coaching staff.

Are The Bills Getting Ready For A Massive Coaching Change?

It looks like the Bills could end up making a coaching change this BYE week if some rumors are true. Some media "experts" are suggesting the Buffalo Bills' offensive coordinator Joe Brady could land a head coaching job this weekend.

Even though the Buffalo Bills have struggled the last two weeks, they have been one of the most potent offenses in the league since Brady took over for Ken Dorsey in the middle of the 2023 season.

Brady has plenty of coaching experience. He has worked for the New Orleans Saints, LSU Tigers, and Carolina Panthers before joining the Buffalo Bills.

While he has never been a head coach, he has been an offensive coordinator for several years.

Two Major Head Coaching Jobs Are Available

Right now Brady has been linked to two different teams, the Tennessee Titans in the NFL and the Penn State Nifty Lions in college. Both teams fired their head coaches earlier this week and are now on the hunt to hire someone sooner rather than later.

The BYE would be the perfect time for Brady to take some time and explore those options if he wanted to.
