Buffalo Bills Fans Upset and Confused by Former Player’s Comments

The Buffalo Bills are about to play in their first preseason game of 2022, which will be this Saturday at Highmark Stadium against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Bills have kept the core in place, which includes Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, Gabriel Davis, Dawson Knox, Matt Milano, Tre'Davious White and Ed Oliver.

One of the big chances on the team, however, was the offensive line.

Dion Dawkins, Mitch Morse and Spencer Brown are back but the Bills signed newcomers such as Rodger Saffold, David Quessenberry and Greg Mancz.

One of the players who left the team is guard Jon Feliciano, who played with Buffalo from 2019-2021 after playing with the Raiders.

Feliciano signed a free agent contract with the New York Giants in March and reunited with offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, who was named Giants head coach this year.

Feliciano has been known to say what he's feeling and he had another example of that this past weekend.

The former Bills guard said that the Bills OL felt like a "thorn in the heel" and it's refreshing to come to a team where the OL gets so much attention...

Many Bills fans are both upset and confused at Feliciano's comments. The quote is a little off-the-beaten-path but I do believe he's trying to say the Bills did not put enough effort and attention into the offensive line when he was here, vs. the skill positions.

In the end, I don't think fans should take too much into it. In the end, the Bills have (in their minds) upgraded at offensive line and are favorites in the AFC.
