Kanye West Returns To Twitter With 9-Minute Rant Video About Mind Control
Turns out, Kanye West's social media break didn't last long. The rapper returned to Twitter on Saturday night (Oct. 13), sharing a 9-minute live video of himself speaking about mind control.
"When people try to influence you through social media and try to tell you what to do, or if you post something that's like positive on Instagram it gets taken down if it's not part of a bigger agenda. That's like mind control," said West in the video.
He goes on to brag about his "Mensa-level IQ," saying his score gives "straight up Sigmund Feud Tesla vibes." The rest of the rant delves into how West feels like people are trying to control his thoughts by making him get off social media " A lot of people were trying to get me off social media. Get off Instagram. To not express myself. We are creative individuals. We work from our heart and our spirit," said the rapper.
Besides mind control and social media, he also tells fans that the new music he's recording in Uganda is "the best on the planet" and claims to be the "best living recording artist."
This isn't the only video West shared on Twitter. After posting his rant, he went on to share a couple of videos on Sunday (Oct. 14) titled "Spaceship call earth| 3 Uganda Domes," featuring West rapping from a dome and then suddenly deciding to head outside. He ends up performing while roaming around, saying at one point that he needs previous collaborator ASAP Ferg there with him.
