The Thing I Hate About KeyBank Center The Most

I've been going to Buffalo Sabres games for the past 23 years. My first game was in the 1998-1999 season, which just so happened to be the season the Sabres went all the way to the Stanley Cup Final against the Dallas Stars.

The game I went to was a 2-2 tie against the Ottawa Sentators if you're wondering. Dixon Ward scored a goal.

I've been to numerous concerts there as well, including Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood and George Strait.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to sit in all kinds of locations at KeyBank Center. Mainly the 100 level, where my aunt has season tickets to the Sabres, but plenty of games in the 300 level as well.

KeyBank Center opened in 1996 and is in need for some updates. One of fans' least favorite things about the arena is my least favorite thing for sure. That's access to the 300 level.

You have to go up these narrow escalators and it's almost become a rite of passage for Sabres fans. I've always hated this aspect of attending games or events and I sit in the 300s.

It's clear that KeyBank Center is getting a bit old and yes, there have been updates to vendors and other things for fan experience, but we could use some more updates to get to seats and especially for those who sit in the 200 and 300 levels.

The smaller concourse in the 300s are normal. It's a smaller section of seats, so it should be smaller, but getting there has always bugged me.

What other aspects need improving at KeyBank Center?
