Top Google Searches in the U.S. for 2018
A person's Google Search can be a sacred thing. You will ask Google questions you wouldn't even ask your best friend. Mostly because the thing you're searching is embarrassing for one reason or another, so thank goodness for Google. But it is also a place that can connect you with topics that you may never have touched before. It opens you up to a world of people, places, and events in your neighborhood or in the world.
Google has just released the top searches for 2018 in the U.S. and I think everyone is collectively wondering if their "weird" search isn't that weird at all. Let's find out.
Top Ten U.S. Google Searches of 2018
- World Cup
- Hurricane Florence
- Mac Miller
- Kate Spade
- Anthony Bourdain
- Black Panther
- Mega Millions Results
- Stan Lee
- Demi Lovato
- Election Results
Well, that list was kind of a letdown but I guess all the weird searches happen on Yahoo! Let's wait for the weirdness if Google releases the "Top Searched Questions".
It is sad but also nice to see the names of those who have passed on the list. One would like to think it is people wanting to learn more or honor their lives that put their name on the list. It is also interesting to see that in the United States the World Cup was the most searched toipic...maybe baseball is no longer America's pastime.
