It's a large space, covering 5,850 square feet, and features a big outdoor patio as well. The current owners are operating the space while they search for a buyer.

There's plenty of opportunity here. The main downfall is parking, as there are only 4 spots total for the restaurant. There is plenty of street parking, though.
