It's going to be great to finally get the Buffalo Bills back on the field on Friday night when they play in Detroit against the Lions. It will be the first preseason game the Bills have played in two years since they didn't happen in 2020.

Training camp content is still in the headlines at One Bills Drive, however, and there was something that Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll said to the team at the start of camp that went viral on Twitter this week.

ESPN's Dan Graziano reported that Daboll spoke early with the team in training camp and his speech left many people with a heart full of emotion.

Daboll had every player and coach on offense (since it was an offensive meeting) stand up. He then asked every coach if they had ever been fired, to sit down. All the coaches sat down.

Daboll then asked players to sit down if they had ever been cut or traded. The majority of the players sat down.

Daboll then asked if you were not picked in the first round, sit down. The rest of the players did.

The only player left standing in the room was Josh Allen.

Daboll then asked Josh, "how many scholarship offers did you get out of high school?" Josh said "none."

Daboll's message to the team? To remember where you came from. You can read the transcript below from ESPN Bills reporter, Marcel Louis-Jacques.

That is amazing and Daboll truly shows how great of a leader he is.

Josh Allen did go to Wyoming University, but that was after one year at JUCO, when he had zero offers. Then, Wyoming was his only scholarship offer after that one year at community college.

I think what Daboll said can relate to each and every person who reads it. Never, ever forget where you came from.
