The Homeowners Assistance Fund program that was designed to help low-to-moderate-Income homeowners with their mortgage is ending soon.

STAND UP Buffalo program is being continued to allow additional people to apply for assistance.

Potentially hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers are in danger of losing their housing now that the eviction and foreclosure ban has ended.

There are at least 4 separate bills the state Assembly and Senate are reviewing to possibly extend the eviction and foreclosure moratorium
