WNY Native Cami Clune’s Performance Last Night Proves She Could Go the Distance
Cami Clune, who went to school in Williamsville, is going to win NBC's 'The Voice'.
We're predicting it now.
After watching her performance last night, it was obvious that Clune has a future in music and although we wish it was country music, she will make Buffalo proud nonetheless. She performed the INXS hit "Never Tear Us Apart" during the Live Top 17 Performances on The Voice last night and looked like a star doing it. The production and stage presence was far above and beyond anyone on Kelly Clarkson's team.
They saved Cami Clune for the final performance of Team Kelly's run of performances. Were they saving the best for last?
Tonight, one contestant per team also may qualify for the “wildcard” where they will have a four-way “sing-off”.
You find out who won the sing-off the following Monday on the show, but last night, fans were a bit surprised that there were only 3 people singing off because, host Carson revealed that Ryan Gallagher, on Team Kelly had to "exit the competition". This then made fans speculate about what possibly could have happened. He posted a picture soon before the LIVE episode that seemed as though he was ready to perform. So, what happened? Was it COVID related? We'll find out. Here's what ET said:
Thanks you everybody for your concern for my family," Gallagher said. "However everybody's fine, that's not the cause of what happened tonight on The Voice. I didn't drop out of the show. Details are still to come, I'll keep you posted.
