Famed for its ethnic old-world shopping atmosphere, the Broadway Market’s fresh food merchant base is comprised of family-owned, family-operated butcher shops, poultry stands, fruit/vegetable stands and bakeries.

The Market features candy shops, delis, and restaurants. There are also assorted sundry shops and service centers which serve the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood.

The purpose of the Zoom meeting is to help develop a comprehensive business and marketing plan for the revitalization of the Broadway Market with public input.

“The goal is to develop the market as a focal point for the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood and eventually, as a regional attraction,” a spokesperson for the Broadway Market said.

People interested in participating in the virtual meeting can do so either online or by phone:

If you cannot attend the meeting, officials encourage you to take the survey by June 30.

The survey is available through the Broadway Market’s websiteFacebook, or by clicking here.

The Broadway Market is a Buffalo holiday staple, that we want to pass on for generations to come.
