POLL: Should Von Miller Play Sunday for the Buffalo Bills?

The Buffalo Bills pass rusher is under investigation for allegedly assaulting his pregnant girlfriend in Texas. He turned himself into authorities after a warrant was put out for his arrest. He is facing 3rd-degree felony assault charges.

Dallas police say they responded to an incident on November 29 at 11 am at Miller's home. They were told he and his girlfriend were involved in a verbal argument, and then Miller assaulted her (allegedly). Miller left the residence before police arrived, leading to the warrant.

This is not the first time Miller has been under investigation. Miller was under investigation in 2021 while he was still a member of the Denver Broncos. However, the case was dropped and we never learned exactly what he was being investigated for.

Adding a bit of confusion to the case, Von Miller's Girlfriend claims no one was assaulted.
